This site has been one of my personal favorites for quite a while - and it recently was completely re-vamped, re-designed, re-done, made-over - you get the point. The result is quite nice and a real improvement over the earlier version - which was more of an art project than an easy-to-use teen and twink boy site.
The new HMBoys focuses more on traditional models in its new incarnation, rather than the orginal concept of "Home-Made" boys, but do not even begin to think that the quality and cuteness is any less. The models are well-chosen and presented in an informative way with a well-written introduction filled with facts, comments, and gossip. It really servers to bring to models alive - giving personality and realness to what could just be another model with his clothes off.
Both photos and video are presented with the photosets being done in one shot - no 20 pictures a week here - you get the whole set right off. Models appear again from time to time, but always with completely new sets, with a partner, or in a video. The updates happen on Mondays and can be counted on - which is not always the case with many sites.
Features include ratings, the unique BoyFinder where you can enter various criteria and find just the model you like. Search by name, ethnicity, hair color, cock type, photo or video - and the model your dreams will magically appear on the page. The site has a DVD shop where you can purchase not only HMBoys DVD's, but high quality films from other producers. The is Video-On-Demand, two choices of live webcams, site reviews, DVD and book Reviews, as well as a whole assortment of stories. The stories are in text versions for visitors with the additional choice of full-color very well done comic books for members. I really like these!
Something I have never seen before is the weekly Dick Finder contest. You have to go to the site and see what this all about - you will chuckle and then start looking for the answer, I am sure!
The layout is clean and bright, logically laid out with simple menu across the top of the page. I do get annoyed at sites that think they need to re-invent nagigation to prove how trendy they are. Not the case here - sections and features are easy to find, there are links between the videos and photo sets so you can more easily see what a given model have to offer, and a full archive of all the models if easy and loads of fun to click through to find that guy from a few months ago that you thought you missed.
If there were a list of sites to keep up with, to always have a membership with, HMBoys would certainly be on it. One of my all-time favorites has just gotten better with this new version. I do look forward to Mondays to see what new sweet young thing will pop off the page when I logon!
